An intimate, 1.5 hour guided farm experience
Explore both on foot and from the comfort of our farm buggy as we journey through multiple paddocks across our farm.
Our private tours are intentionally limited to a maximum of four guests, ensuring a relaxed, personal and unhurried experience.
During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to:
• Meet our much loved paddock puppies
• Enter selected paddocks with our Highland cattle, mini moos and miniature donkeys
• Brush, pat and feed them treats
• Spend extended time with your favourite animals
• Learn about our breeding programs and rescued farm friend stories
• Get to know our animals and their unique, qwerky and some a little crazy personalities
Each tour flows at your pace, allowing you to slow down and truly connect.
An Animal-Led Experience
At Bailup Farm, the wellbeing of our animals always comes first.
Our cows and donkeys are never forced to interact. Their participation is always their choice — and more often than not, they eagerly run over for brushes, pats and attention.
Some days you may brush the entire herd. Other days, a few may choose to stay back. Some tours our gentle girls may even lie down beside you — a quiet, beautiful moment that many of our guests treasure.
No two tours are ever the same, and that is part of the magic.
Who Our Tours Are Best Suited For
We warmly welcome guests of all ages. However, our private tours are best suited to older children and adults.
Families with younger children are absolutely welcome, though tours will be adjusted to ensure a safe and positive experience for both children and animals. Please note that we do not allow young children into the paddock with our adult cattle and experiences will be through the fence.

Preparing for Your Visit
For your comfort and safety, we recommend dressing for a relaxed farm setting.
Closed-in footwear is required at all times, as our paddocks feature uneven and rocky terrain. Comfortable clothing suitable for walking and spending time outdoors is advised.
During warmer months, we suggest bringing a hat and sunscreen.
While we adore a beautiful outfit as much as anyone, this is a working farm — not a yacht club. You may encounter a dust, the occasional muddy patch, or a friendly cow who believes your sleeve was made specifically for drooling on. Please dress accordingly.
Farm chic is encouraged. Practical glamour is always welcome.

Are you booking this as a surprise for someone and want to make it extra special?
We have picnic packages available from simple to more extravagant depending on your needs and the occasion.
We like to accommodate our guests as best we can. For any special requests please contact us and we will do our best to come up with something for you.
We have a picnic table available for you to use after your tour. We have a fridge that you can store your food and beverages while you are on your tour.
Please note there is a max time limit of 30 minutes after your booking ends unless arranged otherwise
